Terms of Service

Cleaning Times: We do our best to be prompt and meet the cleaning time indicated, but traffic and other clients may affect our schedule. If your scheduled cleaner is going to be more than 15 minutes late, we will contact you. If no arrival time is indicated, then the cleaning will be completed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Our cleaners appreciate your flexibility.

Payment Policy: Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept debit or credit cards, ACH, cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or paypal. There is an additional 5% fee if you elect to pay by credit card.

  • Checks can be made payable to Peachy Clean Services and mailed to 403 E. Walworth Ave. Delavan, WI. 53115, or left at your home in a designated area for our technicians to retrieve.
  • Zelle can be found with phone number 520-474-0134
  • Venmo name is @PeachyCleanTeam and can be verified with the last 4 of phone number: 8825
  • Paypal can be paid through e-mail faith.justus@hotmail.com & please pay as friends and family. (Choosing products and services guarantees a product if lost in shipment , and charges us a fee. Since we do not provide a product, and we have our own quality guarantee, this is a burdensome cost to the business.)

Late Fee: Overdue payments are subject to a late fee of $30.00 each day past due. In addition, interest will be charged at the rate of 12% per annum on all overdue amounts. Peachy Clean Services LLC reserves all rights available under law to collect any amounts due and owing pursuant to this agreement.

Late Cancellation/No Show Fees: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, at least 48 business hours notice (excluding weekends) is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for your cleaner. If a cleaning appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning's cost will be charged. If a cleaning is rescheduled by the client less than 48 hours in advance, rather than canceled, a fee of $30 will be charged.

Laundry Policy: By using our service, you agree that your clothes/linens are suitable to be washed in water on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.

Liability: If we are requested to dust/clean inside of China cabinets or hutches, start laundry, wash dishes, clean small computer equipment, antiques or collections, the customer agrees not to hold Peachy Clean Services, LLC or any of its employees responsible for any damage or breakage to any article or component.

  • We will make every effort to not break items, but accidents do happen. We have Limited Liability protection for replacement or repair. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed. It is for this reason we avoid cleaning requests for irreplaceable or sentimental valuable items. Damage must be reported, with photos, within 24 hours of service and after 15 days the customer assumes liability.
  • Peachy Clean Services LLC cannot be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.
  • Peachy Clean Services LLC is licensed and insured well beyond the minimum amounts purchased by many house cleaning companies. Ask us for details on insurance limits.

Returned Check Fee: Returned checks are subject to a $30 processing fee and may incur late payment fees if the issue is not immediately remedied.

Assigned Cleaner: Your assigned cleaner will be your default cleaner with the exception of illness, vacation, personal emergency, or an ongoing schedule change. In the event that your default cleaner has an ongoing schedule change or no longer works with us, she/he will be replaced with another trained cleaner who will have your home's customized work order.

Bed bugs/Insect Infestation: If any furniture, clothing, equipment, or personal property belonging to a client is found to contain any insect infestation, Peachy Clean employees are to leave immediately and can return to the client home once we receive proof that the specific pest control treatment has been completed.  If an infestation is concealed from us prior to arrival, the client is responsible for the cost of any equipment that needs to be replaced.

Firearms/Knives/Weapons/Needles: All weapons must be put away, preferably locked up, prior to arrival. If we encounter weapons that are not locked up, we will not touch them or clean around them. All medical needles also need to be put away or locked in a sharps disposal box. If we encounter any needles outside of the necessary receptacles, we will not touch them or clean around them.

Photos/Videos: We will ask your permission to take photos/videos of your home/office and post them online to showcase our cleaning services & our cleaning technicians on the job. Names or locations will never be used.

 

 

 

Quality Agreement

Peachy Clean Services LLC strives to provide outstanding cleaning services for our clients. If you are unhappy with any cleaning service provided, you are required to notify us within 24 hours of service, and provide photos, in order for us to address and correct the problem. 

If we receive prompt notification, we will come back to examine the problem. If the problem involves the quality of service we have provided, we pledge to correct the problem at no charge.

If we do not receive notice of a problem within 24 hours of the cleaning, or if you decide to correct the problem yourself, we will not be able to correct the problem for you nor will you be compensated for your inconvenience.

If you elect a specific amount of hours (budgeted time), we can only guarantee that a cleaner will stay for that specified time. We may not be abler to complete all tasks if time runs short. Therefore, if the problem involves the time needed to complete the cleaning service rather than the quality of the service itself, we can only correct the problem if you purchase additional cleaning time.
