How do I get a free estimate for my property? 

Receiving a free estimate is easy! You can contact us on the free estimate page or call/email our owner Faith & explain what services you're interested in, along with some information about the property itself. For residential estimates, Faith can give you an estimate over the phone after getting information such as square footage, how many bedrooms & bathrooms, flooring, laundry, if you've had a professional clean before, number of kids & pets, etc. 

For commercial properties we need to do an in-person estimate for accuracy.

Do I need a deep clean?

If you've never had a professional cleaner before we recommend (but don't require) that you get a deep clean for your first service. After that you can choose weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or whatever frequency suits you.

Deep cleans can sometimes be financially prohibitive, so we also offer other options. One option is for you to set a budget and give us a list of priorities to work from. We will do as much as possible in the time allowed and let you know where we left off. Another option we have is a "progressive deep clean". That means we'd schedule your home or office for a full standard clean plus another two or so hours to hit some deep clean items each time we come, until all of your deep clean concerns are addressed. 

We curate all of our cleans to meet our client's needs and budget.

Do you use non-toxic products?

Our cleaning products are safe for your baby, your pets & all your loved ones! Good old soap and water is our favorite cleaning duo. However, when deeper cleaning is required, less environmentally friendly products may be used.

Do I need to be home when you are cleaning?

No, we would just need a door code, key box or a copy of your keys that we safely store in our office. Of course, if you'd like to be home, we love meeting our clients in person!

Are you pet friendly? What if I need to keep my animals inside?

Yes, we are definitely pet-friendly and like to add information in your client profile about your pets. After all, we're coming into their home too! That being said, we need to be able to efficiently & safely do our job, so if they don't like strangers or chew on vacuums, you might need to keep them in one room.

Is your business insured?

Yes, we are fully insured with liability as well as workmen's comp.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

We do! Your business is so important to us that we want to make sure you are happy & completely satisfied. We want you to come home and feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders & that your kids have a clean & safe environment to live in. If the quality of work performed and paid for is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours along with photos of the areas you're unhappy with. Then we can make arrangements to rectify the situation. On the other hand, if you believe we did an outstanding job, please submit an online review of us on Facebook or Google, so that others can see what our service has to offer. We love to read & post customer reviews!

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, at least 48 hours notice (excluding weekends) is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for your cleaner.

How do I pay?

Checks, Zelle, Venmo & PayPal (see our terms of service page for details) Payment is due on the day of service.

How do I prepare for your arrival?

  • Declutter your home - before our tech arrives, we strongly suggest homeowners take some time to declutter their home. This means putting away any clothes, dishes, toys, or any other items out of their designated spots. This makes it easier for your tech to focus on all the areas you want cleaned.
  • Clear surfaces - clearing surfaces such as countertops, tables & desks will make it easier for your cleaning technician to clean these areas more efficiently. This includes removing loose paperwork/clutter.
  • Consider your pets - if you have pets, it's important to consider their needs & make sure they're in a safe & secure area that doesn't interfere with the cleaning process.
  • Provide access - make sure we have a place to park and access to all the areas you'd like cleaned with a key, code, "ring" doorbell, etc.
  • Communicate your cleaning needs - communicate your cleaning needs before your first appointment. Including the areas you want focused on as well as areas you'd like us to avoid.

Do you bring all your own cleaning products & equipment?

Yes! We bring all of our own cleaning products & equipment. This includes trash bags, gloves, microfibers, mops & mop head, vacuum & our own cleaning mixture. We supply everything for deep cleans as well & for all of our services. You don't need to supply a thing!

How do you calculate the price of laundry?

We will come pick up and drop off your laundry for $0.70 a mile and $2.00 per pound* of laundry. 

*We have a ten-pound minimum for laundry for pick up & delivery

 

How can you help me by being a property manager?

If you have a short-term rental or are considering starting one, our property manager can:

  • Handle guest check in and check out
  • Manage guest experience during their stay
  • Perform pre & post rental inspections
  • Coordinate turn over cleaning
  • Manage bookings and reservations
  • Scheule and coordinate any necessary maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, etc.

What do you not clean? 

  • Bodily fluids outside of the bathroom
  • Windows
  • Carpet (except for vacuuming)
  • Drugs & paraphernalia 
  • Pet accidents

Are your cleaning technicians allowed to accept tips?
